We have completed the acquisition of Heliox, a Netherlands-based technology leader in fast charging solutions, serving eBus and eTruck fleets and passenger vehicles. The acquisition complements our existing eMobility charging portfolio, adding products and solutions ranging from 40kW to 1MW for depots and en-route charging, with a focus on DC fast charging for eBus and eTruck fleets. Heliox’s portfolio also extends our market reach, primarily in Europe and North America, while improving capabilities in power electronics. Heliox’s scalable 50kW to 600kW parallel charging solutions and mobile chargers starting from 40kW, among others, will enable us to serve these markets better. In addition, this acquisition expands our IoT product portfolio and strengthens digitalization and software offerings with regard to energy and depot management and services.
